Any order over $1000 and will get free delivery to your doorstep or office building. If you are not able to pick up your food at the delivery location within half an hour before and after the arrival time specified, an additional waiting fee will be charged depending on the situation. If you are more than an hour late, the food will be returned. There are no redelivery or refund options. We understand that receiving incorrect or missing food can be frustrating and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience it has caused. To ensure that any issues with your order are addressed in a timely manner, please notify us on the same day of delivery if you find any discrepancies. We will then arrange for a replacement or refund accordingly. However, if you fail to notify us on the same day, no compensation will be made. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
